A Million Bucks

So, was talking to the Mother, while both of us had the Oscars on in the background. I ask her what movies she has seen that were nominated for Best Picture.

She saw Million Dollar Baby today, and said it was amazing.

I havent seen it, but i know how it ends, and i mention the fact that there are many people in the disabled community who are pissed as hell about it.

My mother says, “You know people in the disabled community?”

*blink*

Nope, as a matter of fact i dont! i teach special ed, but i really dont care about concerns that affect them. Why on earth would i know what was going on in the disabled community?
